What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of wait staff, ensuring efficient and professional service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints

Assist with the training and development of wait staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Monitor stock levels and place orders for necessary supplies

Responsible for cash ups and POS

What we're looking for

Experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
