Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Governance
Ensure strong governance through effective risk management and performance oversight, supported by clear, strategic advice.
Membership Engagement
Drive strategies to grow and retain membership. Enhance member value through advocacy, education, networking, and clear communication.
Advocacy & Representation
Represent the organisation alongside other senior leaders in key forums. Advocate for member interests, manage stakeholder relationships, and delegate clinical matters where required.
Programs, Events & Education
Lead the delivery of relevant, high-quality events and professional development in collaboration with other team members.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Lead a small team and support volunteer and committee contributions. Build a collaborative culture focused on learning, growth, and shared purpose.
