**About the role**:

As an Investment Executive at OMD, you will play a vital part in bringing campaign strategies and briefs to life. You'll work closely with the Business Management team and Media Partners to fuel client recommendations and be responsible for the media buying and stewardship of the overall media buying process.
As an Investment Executive, you will also
- Participate in formal/informal brainstorms and generate fresh ideas
- Use expert knowledge and media relationships to uncover innovative insights and provide your points of view to the wider team
- Monitor campaign delivery on a weekly basis, negotiating compensation where required
- Work across all Media channels and interact with OMD's Specialist Business Units to deliver high performing campaigns to clients
- Assist members of your team in the delivery of market leading ideas for clients
- Build value adding relationships with media owners, internal planning team, auditors, and relevant clients
- Proactively seek out trading opportunities that align with your client's strategic direction

You take pride in your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess a Marie Kondo level of organisation. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you and you are a team player. You embody 'we' before 'I' and are confident in your ability to coach and develop junior team members. Demonstrated experience within a media agency is a must, and media buying skills are desirable.
