The Women's & Children's (W&Cs) Services Paediatric Clinical Practice Improvement Specialist (CPIS) is a role for a professional clinical facilitator who will provide leadership, planning, delivery and implementation of clinical improvement strategies within Paediatric Services at Western Health. The role also has a component of Quality with the ability to implement and evaluate clinical improvement strategies in paediatric care.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Successful completion of a Bachelor of Nursing qualification or equivalent
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife in Australia
- Effective organisational skills, with respect to time management & delegation
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
- Skills and experience to work in an acute paediatric setting
- Post graduate qualification in paediatric care or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage people
**Desirable**
- Post graduate qualification in project management or working towards same
