We cater to both locals and visitors, offering everything from classic pub favourites to modern dishes with a creative twist.Whether it's a busy dinner service, a function, or a casual meal, our kitchen team plays a vital role in maintaining our reputation for consistency, flavour, and value.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide range of dishes to menu and presentation standardsEnsure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all servicesWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service during peak timesUphold strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all timesAssist with stock management, ordering, and inventory controlContribute to menu planning and the development of specialsTrain, mentor, and support junior staff and apprenticesEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety regulationsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryDiploma in Hospitality/Management (desirable)Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen (experience in pub, bistro, or function dining highly regarded)Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and handling proceduresAbility to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent teamwork and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and committed to excellenceFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as requiredApply Now
