DEVA Group is on the hunt for Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers to lead the charge at two of Perth's most legendary nightlife destinations—Paramount Nightclub and The Aberdeen Hotel in Northbridge.

Responsibilities
Lead venue operations at Paramount Nightclub and The Aberdeen Hotel in Northbridge, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Provide leadership and guide teams to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Partner with experienced industry professionals and contribute to ongoing growth and improvements across venues.
Help shape and sustain a culture that emphasizes energy, teamwork, and memorable events.
Take ownership of Friday and Saturday night operations and ensure smooth execution of events and services.
Qualifications
Experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager (or similar leadership role in hospitality).
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Current Western Australian approved managers liquor licence.
Experience with stock control and rostering is desirable.
People management experience and ability to lead diverse teams.
Right to work in Australia.
