**About the role**:
As the Customer Service Consultant, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the selection centre, providing exceptional customer service, and building ongoing professional relationships with all customers visiting the centre.
This is a permanent full-time position with the hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm
You will also need to be flexible with working one (1) rostered Saturday per month 8:00am - 2:00pm.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all visitors to the selection centre
- Manage product brochure displays and maintain ample supplies of brochures, sample bags, boxes, and external colour samples.
- Uphold high housekeeping standards throughout the selection centre.
- Pack and coordinate the transportation of display boards and samples.
- Execute sales and sample orders using SAP.
- Accept customer payments, including credit/debit cards and cash transactions.
- Replenish stock from PGH brick plants and receive stock at the site.
- Ensure completion of monthly audit reports and stock take for the selection centre.
- Support Account Managers with quote and order processing, including other builder reports
- Process customer quotes and orders in SAP, handling inboxes and incoming phone queue.
**What you bring to the role**:
- Prior background in a customer service role (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional yet friendly persona.
- Experience in manufacturing, building, or construction industries (desirable)
- Proficient computer skills with a preference for SAP experience (desirable)
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships both internally and externally
