**The Role**:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll assume a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your dedication to excellence and robust communication skills will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for exemplary service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying their requirements and recommend appropriate supplies and materials.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to guarantee accurate order processing and punctual delivery.
- Handle customer feedback with empathy and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions using our internal systems.
- Strive to meet and surpass individual and team performance objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in the building supplies, trade, construction, or related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with building supplies and construction materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, a team player, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
