The roleOur Sales Associates are brand ambassadors and the link between our products and customers.
They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.You will interact with people on every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skillsBuild rapport with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needsLearn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experienceEncourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and capturing customer dataAssist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in the storeMaintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and environment upkeepOperate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchangesThe successful candidateWe seek passionate, motivated team players who express their individuality by styling Pandora jewellery uniquely and sharing ideas with customers.Ability to build rapport and engage naturally with customers, giving voice to their loves dailyStrong sales focus with the ability to achieve and surpass targetsWork well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, as our stores are often busyApplication ProcessTo be considered, you will complete a 15-minute questionnaire to demonstrate your suitability and fit for the team.Why work with us?
