What role will you play?

As the Head of Technology Control Assurance, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and scaling assurance activities across Technology. By leveraging advanced approaches such as AI and data analytics, and collaborating with other functions, you will develop creative and effective assurance solutions. This role challenges conventional assurance methods, requiring you to think strategically and deliver a Technology Assurance plan that is both efficient and impactful.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions, align on control issues, and drive the implementation of remediation actions. Partnering with subject matter experts across the organisation, you will scale assurance activities and embed control improvements within the broader technology landscape. As a leader, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve high-quality outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Offer

• Deep expertise in technology risk, control frameworks, and assurance methodologies.
• Proven experience leading assurance, audit, or risk management teams within a Technology environment.
• Demonstrated success in innovating assurance approaches, leveraging advanced tools and techniques such as AI and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align on complex control issues and mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership capabilities, inspiring and developing a globally distributed team while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Proven track record of collaborating across diverse teams and functions to scale assurance activities and embed control improvements.
• A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to challenge conventional methods and drive innovative solutions.
