Senior Associate - Trade Confirmations and Settlements Supporting our successful Asset Management business, you will be joining the team responsible for performing all tasks related to Trade Confirmation and Settlement.
This includes researching, analyzing, and monitoring trade confirmations and settlements to assist portfolio managers in making informed investment decisions.
It is proposed that Macquarie Asset Management will sell its North American and European public investments business, including equities, fixed income, and multi-asset funds, to Nomura by the end of 2025.
This role will transfer to Nomura as part of the sale.
Initially, the role will be based in Australia with Macquarie Asset Management and will transfer to Nomura upon completion of the sale.

What role will you play? You will be responsible for processing trade activities, supporting Japanese-speaking clients, monitoring settlements, managing confirmations, and handling trade confirmation deliveries.
This middle-office role involves responding to ad hoc client requests, reconciliation reviews, and assisting with breaking items.
You will also contribute to process improvements and liaise with Portfolio Managers, Trading teams, and other support functions.
