Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Technical Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation in our hosted and remote managed SAS application environments.

This role requires a strong leader who can articulate innovative solutions, engage with key stakeholders, and provide single technical leadership from project kick-off through go-live.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge SAS technical approaches to meet clients' business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and implementation team members to deliver world-class SAS service
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery and mitigate any technical blocking conditions
  • Enhance operational requirements to improve system stability, monitoring awareness, and decrease operational burden
  • Maintain adherence to SAS Cloud standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute technical strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  2. Leverage industry expertise to develop and maintain technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  3. Foster strong relationships with key client counterparts and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical solutions and make recommendations for enhancements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions

  • Proficiency in SAS technologies and experience with cloud-based systems
