Reporting to the General Manager IT, you will own, create, and implement procedures related to data standards with tactical guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.

**As the Group Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for**
- Quality assurance of master data in key systems, with data differences spotted and qualified, to eliminate processing mistakes and downstream reporting
- Establish robust standardised master data management practices and processes
- Provide training and education to the broader business on master data protocols
- Drive best practice process improvements based on investigation and analysis
- Identify opportunities for data quality improvements or enhancements through appropriate correction and process control to improve business operations and internal collaboration
- Develop service levels relating to the processes of maintaining master data with the business
- Business project participation and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop & maintain strong positive relationships with the business stakeholders

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree or masters in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years in a similar master data role
- Demonstrated experience working with a medium to large size ERP system
- High competency in MS365, ERP, CRM and advanced digital tool environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously where required, but still be part of a close-knit IT team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of and experience of data structuring and modelling (data warehouse design, T-SQL, DAX etc); data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI) and data transformation tools (e.g. Alteryx/Power Query)
