Reporting into the Master Data Management Team Leader and working very closely with the Buying and Inventory Planning teams, we require 2 x fixed term Master Data Management (MDM) Assistants to primarily be responsible for ensuring the master data in our ERP systems is accurate and available in a timely manner so that our organisation can gain a trusted data that can be shared across the business and used for better reporting, decision-making, and process efficiency.

**You will**:

- Create, audit, and maintain the material master and purchasing information records
- Review and process all incoming requests and issues
- Ensure data standards are followed / maintained & identify new rules to increase accuracy
- Monitor, troubleshoot and remedy errors
- Audit and document results and resolutions

**To deliver at optimum level you will need to have**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in ERP systems; exposure to SAP will be highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience in master data entry
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
