Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for a Rewards Specialist to join our team at the Perth Head Office. Reporting to the Rewards Principal, this role acts as the business partner for remuneration and benefits.

With over 55 years of experience, Macmahon is a mining contractor with a unique capability of offering its clients surface, underground and mining support services.

The Perth office is strategically located at the Airport (T1/T2) and boasts an impressive staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.

**The role**
- Perform as the business partner for remuneration and benefits
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Facilitate and process bonus and remuneration review plans
- Utilise and maintain the SuccessFactors Compensation Management Module
- Conduct salary and wage rate reviews in partnership with HR Operations and Senior Leaders
- Champion change by drafting and providing agreed communications and engagement plans across Rem & Ben Projects
- Manage the groupwide benefits portfolio and identify areas for further improvement/discussion
- Benchmarking of market data against current and new positions
- Coordinate business process maps with stakeholders and ensure alignment to current business requirements
- Identify and design compensation plans within HRIS as per business process maps
- Provide "train the trainer" training, to HR Ops team with regards to cyclical Rem & Ben processes
- Implement the continued design and development of the Compensation Management Module within SAP SuccessFactors
- Conduct all aspects of post implementation review, system testing, integration testing and collation of results
- Identify potential Rem & Ben Projects to align with MAH reward and retention, and engagement strategies
- 3+ years' experience in a remuneration related role
- University degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- Strong communication skills
