**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include:

- Lead and inspire a committed and hard-working talent acquisition team
- Develop a range of recruitment materials including internal recruitment procedures, guides, templates, reports, operational documents, position descriptions and other documentation as required
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment process for senior positions such as head office staff, area managers, centre managers etc.
- Develop pipelines to attract an excellent and diverse workforce
- Continuous improvement of the recruitment process to ensure quality of hire, speed and efficiencies of bringing new hires on-board
- Lead and continue to imbed the Little Zak's Academy employee value proposition,
- Provide support in all stages of the recruitment process
- Assist with other HR and recruitment related initiatives

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading a team of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team
- Expertise in recruiting high volume as well as specialist roles
- Previous experience in Childcare or Early Education, ideal but not mandatory
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Solutions focused with a strong ability to problem-solve
- Hands-on experience recruiting on a day-to-day basis, in a high-volume capacity and continuing to improve and innovate current and new exciting initiatives
