**The Role**
ASX listed civil construction & maintenance business currently managing a long-term contract with the Department of Transport seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated project controls and planning officer to join their hard-working team in the West of Melbourne.

Usual working hours afternoon timeslot of 11am - 7pm

This role would be suitable to:

- Project administrators/ project Control specialists with experience across roads, asphalting, and maintenance

**Key Duties**
- Coordinate the deployment of site teams according to the job codes/inquiries
- Review quality of jobs based on on-site images and reports inputted into the CRM
- Keep track of rejected or suspended jobs in the Works management system
- Client interaction updating on planned work activities
- Respond to external inquiries from members of the public and crews reporting maintenance issues

**Requirements**:

- A well-organised daily schedule
- Strong communication dealing with government representatives and multiple departments of the business
- A strong attitude to doing a good job and completing tasks on a daily basis
- Data-driven and an analytical working style
- Available to be on call in case of emergency night shift operations
- Computer literacy across Microsoft Suite and internal platforms
