Melbourne, Victoria | Hybrid OpportunityPermanent Full Time OpportunityDiscount on RACV Products | Competitive SalaryAbout the OpportunityThe Procurement Operations Analyst will be accountable for undertaking a range of analytical, technical and support activities within the procurement team including supplier onboarding, due diligence and master data management, supplier / supply chain risk, and financial analysis.Come along for a new journeyThis position will deliver an effective balance of supporting procurement governance & continuous improvement initiatives and system administration.Here's a further glimpse of what you'll be doing :Conduct and analyse supplier due diligence for RACV Group (through Jaggaer), in conjunction with Procurement Business Partners (as required).
Proactively identify industry trends and developments to assist RACV to better manage its supply chain risks.Where appropriate, and in conjunction with Procurement Business Partners and / or business, undertake supplier site visitsImplement agreed continuous improvement initiatives for Procurement processes and technologyDeveloping robust, detailed spend models using data from a variety of sources, providing insight into supply markets and internal demand analysis.Derive meaningful insights from a variety of differing and complex datasets for decision-makingManage and maintain RACV's procurement technology (Jaggaer) and integration with other RACV technologies.Support the design and maintenance of processes and technology workflows that drive procurement value generation through simplicity and efficiency whilst supporting appropriate governance.Uplift and enhance existing processes, forms, workflows and data within Jaggaer.Provide Level 1-2 support of Procurement Technology including bug fixes, supplier escalations, new system / process scoping and system enhancements.Support development and maintenance of documentation for Level 1 to Level 2 processes, workflows and integrations including data dictionaries and training materialSupport regular reporting of procurement metrics, achievements, supply chain data (including, but not limited to spend, contract and risks) and other appropriate information to deliver value to key stakeholders and decision makers within the organisation.Who we're looking for and what you'll bringThrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
