Join our **Downer Professional Services**team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.

**Downer Professional Services**is comprised of two business units, our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice and Team Downer, a major service partner to Defence. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.

**What You'll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Support the IWP Delivery Manager in executing contract and workforce management duties.
- Respond promptly to Commonwealth requests and coordinate requirement-setting workshops.
- Monitor workforce performance and delivery progress, identifying risks to scope, schedule, and quality.

**What You'll Bring**- Excellent time management and attention to detail across multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently once familiar with the role and processes.
- Familiarity with Defence/CASG environments and contract compliance (beneficial but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.- Currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.

In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement.
