To turn great tradespeople into great business owners.We help our clients scale their businesses with cutting-edge sales & marketing, streamlined systems, high-performance teams, and rock-solid financial strategies.Our business is booming, and we need a strong leader to help expand our coaching team and deliver world-class results for our clients.Who We NeedWe're looking for another A+ leader -someone who brings energy, fun, and a no-BS approach to getting results.You're a connector who can inspire people, but you're also direct and outcome-focused -meaning you know when to push, challenge, and hold people accountable.You'll be working with a team of high-achievers who love getting stuff done, learning the latest strategies, and making a massive impact.What You'll Be DoingTraining & developing your direct reports to be world-class coaches.Performance management using data to drive results.Call reviews & quality control to ensure coaching excellence.Creating accountability and driving client success.Strategic planning with the leadership team.Recruiting & onboarding new coaches and team members.Plus, any other coaching initiatives you believe will help our team and clients grow.At the core, your role is to ensure our clients have an exceptional coaching experience -one that results in them:Growing their profitsCreating a better lifestyleDeveloping as business leadersWhat You Bring to the TableWe're looking for skills, but more importantly, the right attitude -someone who aligns with our values and is driven to win.You should have:Strong leadership & management experienceExcellent communication & interpersonal skills (in an online environment)Strategic thinking & problem-solving abilityExperience in coaching, consulting, or running a businessA deep understanding of business fundamentals - profit, margins, financials, and team performanceWhy Join Us?
