As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activity across your designated facilities and ILU's, sourcing external talent and redeploying internal talent as we encourage internal promotions for our employees.

The role will partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Building & fostering strategic partnerships with our business stakeholders
- Conducting briefings with your stakeholders to understand current & future requirements.
- Managing bulk recruitment as we continue to expand our business
- Manage your recruitment pipeline of activity in line with agreed KPI's

**About You**
- You have the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve your recruitment goals whilst providing a high quality service.
- Ideally you are experienced in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment
- You are collaborative, agile, & committed to delivering outcomes
- Experienced in sourcing using a variety of recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Talent Search
- Strong stakeholder management, engagement and influencing skills at all levels
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays as business needs dictate
