**The opportunity**

As the Workstream Lead for Reward & Retain, you'll lead a team within the HI Delivery Hub to support squad and initiative owners by using your skills in agile, lean, project management, financial modelling, and strategic problem-solving.

Your goal will be to achieve the best possible outcomes for your Workstream and the HI business, including financial, customer, sustainability, risk, and people development.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

**You will add value by**:

- Implement frameworks, processes, and artifacts for different initiative pipeline phases
- Present progress at fortnightly Workstream Meeting and conduct regular Squad/Initiative Owner reviews
- Lead and own some initiatives within the Workstream

**What do I need?**

With your experience in private health insurance, change programs, and management, you'll identify ways to improve performance and accelerate outcomes for Bupa. You'll collaborate, analyse, and provide feedback to help HI achieve its goals and address any challenges.
- Preferably have a business-related tertiary qualification
- Possess moderate expertise in agile, project management, financial modelling, and strategic problem-solving
- Strong track record in leading operational or project management teams
