Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical
, located in Campbelltown & hosted by our host employer.
Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As an apprentice/ trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent school graduates, University engineering students looking for more fulfilling and exciting career options, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Duties:
Carrying out mechanical fitting, machining, and maintenance tasks in the workshop
Attending job sites to assist with equipment installs, overhauls, and repairs
Repair & overhauls commercial & industrial air-condition equipment and machinery such as pumps & fans
Mix of both on site and workshop.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
Using hand and power tools, milling machines, and lathes
Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment
Skills and responsibilities:
Police Check or willingness to obtain
WWCC or willingness to obtain
Covid Vaccine or willingness to obtain
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures
Be curious to know how things work or solve problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a strong work ethic and motivated to complete an engineering apprenticeship
