**What's the role?**

This is an 18-month Max Term role.

As a Transaction Banking Manager, you'll be at the heart of a national team, helping businesses across Australia streamline and innovate their cash flow and data management. This full-time role is based in Melbourne, with hybrid working options available. You'll deliver tailored advice and solutions, working closely with relationship managers and product specialists to create seamless, market-leading experiences for our clients.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in a relationship or business development role, ideally in B2B or the payments industry.
- Expertise in transaction banking, fintech, or digital business banking solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong customer focus and a knack for solving problems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
