HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging, and older persons' mental health.About The RoleHammondCare regards this role as key in the delivery of relationship-based care which seeks to understand and value every individual as a whole person.Reporting to the Head of Pastoral Care you will utilise and share your pastoral expertise, coaching staff, and volunteers to support the emotional and spiritual needs and goals of patients, their families, and staff.This is a permanent part-time role based at Braeside Hospital supporting patients who are in our palliative care service.
