Solta Medical Australia (a division of Solta Medical) has a global presence offering leading aesthetic energy-based devices delivering tailored solutions, for skin resurfacing & rejuvenation, and body contouring & tightening.

This is an exciting role for a suitably qualified Key Account Manager to manage our portfolio of Solta Medical products within our Western Australian Territory. The focus of this role will see you building relationships with established customers in the areas of Cosmetic Dermatology, Cosmetic Physicians and Plastic Surgeons to achieve sales growth within your territory and to provide training support to clinics on the assigned portfolio. The role will have responsibility for selling both capital and related consumable products.

As someone who exceeds customer expectations, you will manage the success of your accounts through:
Identification of business development opportunities with both existing and new customers

Building and managing productive client relationships

Implementation of marketing strategy related to product launches

This role will be an integral partner within the Sales and Marketing team regarding the supply of comprehensive clinic and practice support programs to grow sales in Solta Medical products.

To be considered for this role you must be confident in dealing with Cosmetic Physicians and Cosmetic and Laser Clinics staff. Your strong relationship building skills will see you leveraging your client relationships for maximum impact underpinned by your consistently high customer service focus.

You are someone with strong business acumen, commercial sales awareness, demonstrated product training experience, the ability to foster strong relationships with customers, and have a passion for the Aesthetics industry. If you have a proven and successful sales history with experience with selling capital equipment, are motivated and organised, and ready to be challenged, we would like to hear from you. Industry experience is preferred as is relevant tertiary qualifications.
