The industry and deugro face daily challenges in logistics, and our employees use their expertise to ensure large cargo is transported safely, effectively, and efficiently through innovative logistical solutions.Become part of our talented deugro team as we look for an Accounts / Administration Specialist in Brisbane, Australia.Key responsibilities:Processing incoming invoices within a fully digital workflowServing as a key contact for internal teams and external vendors, handling account clarifications and managing payment remindersGenerating payments and handling bank bookings reliably and efficientlyManaging the accounting inbox with structure and attention to important detailsHelping optimize cash flow by working closely with operational teams on liquidity collectionContributing ideas and driving process improvement projectsSkills, knowledge, and expertise:Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting roleBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; prior experience in freight forwarding preferredProficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam-oriented, organized, and proactiveWhat makes us the ideal choice?
