**The Opportunity**

A permanent full-time position is available for an experienced Earthmoving Operator. Our Earthmoving Operators work closely with our project and civil construction team, operating laser bucket, grader, excavator, roller and dump truck to complete earth works for facility upgrade and open projects across our farming operation.

This position is for a highly motivated, reliable person, who has an eye for detail, with the ability to work independently and with a small, diverse and inclusive team.

This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment in a safety-driven environment. You will be encouraged and supported to complete National Competency Accreditation and other training as required.

**About AFMH**

AFMH operates multiple sites across eastern Australia. Dairy operations are located at Moxey Farms in Gooloogong, NSW, as well as Coomboona Farms in Coomboona, VIC. In addition, AFMH operates Ladysmith Farms a young stock operation near Wagga Wagga, NSW.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Operating laser bucket, grader, excavator, roller and dump truck
- Working to scheduling guidelines
- Operating machinery safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Experience operating earthmoving machinery
- A motivated and positive work ethic with good time management skills
- Good communication skills with a strong team spirit and a commitment to attendance and punctuality
- The ability to follow protocols and adhere to safety standards
- Q Fever immunity, or must be willing to gain the Q Fever vaccinationDriver's licence and own transport
