**Trainee Team Leader Opportunity - Build Your Skills in Leadership & Admin**

**Days**: Thursdays & Fridays | **Hours**: 9:00am - 5:00pm
**Start**: As soon as practical
**Contract**: Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension

We're offering an exciting upskilling opportunity to step into a Trainee Team Leader support role within the Mirrabooka office. This hands-on role is perfect for those eager to gain exposure to the administrative and operational side of disability services.

What you'll be doing:

- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Supporting SIL operations and office oversight
- Managing filing and documentation
- Assisting with internal house audits
- Contributing to day-to-day coordination tasks
