The role of a Data Architect is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data across an enterprise.
Key responsibilities include developing scalable data solutions, supporting data governance, and contributing to the Finance Transformation Program.
This involves working closely with internal teams to align data architecture with business strategy and long-term growth.
Key Requirements
A strong background in cloud-based data platforms and governance.
Experience in relational and non-relational databases, cloud services, and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise data strategy, including scalable architecture, integration frameworks, and future-proof data models.
You will be responsible for establishing and maturing data governance practices, developing and implementing platforms and pipelines that support real-time and batch processing, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated success delivering scalable data solutions within transformation programs or fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of data modelling, governance frameworks, and performance optimisation across enterprise systems.
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance is required.
This position requires cultural change through embedded data ownership, proactive problem-solving, and pragmatic delivery of incremental, high-impact solutions.
