**Your role**:
This role will be critical in supporting the design and delivery of programs, strategy and initiatives aimed at creating higher quality, more equitable and inclusive early childhood programs across birth to eight in formal and informal education settings.

**Responsibilities include**:
**As the Manager you will**:

- Mobilise talent to lead and manage teams in the development and delivery of evidence-informed early childhood programs of work, projects and initiatives.
- Prepare communications for a range of audiences, including, but not limited to major reports, briefs, website content and governance papers associated with priority projects.
- Formulate innovative options and solutions that support government agendas and departmental priorities across early childhood education and care and the early years of school.
- Demonstrate accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of school and kindergarten contexts
- Demonstrated ability in successfully leading projects and teams
- Understanding of the Australian Curriculum, Queensland kindergarten learning guideline and National Quality Standard
- Experience in building strong relationships and collaboration
- Availability to undertake travel throughout Queensland
