What You'll Do

As an ECT at Shapes Early Learning, you will:

• Implement educational programs that foster children's growth and development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Guide and mentor educators, promoting high-quality care and a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the highest standards in Child Safety, hygiene, and learning engagement.
• Provide inspiring and nurturing environments for children.
• Collaborate with our experienced leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum qualifications of a Bachelor in Teaching/Early childhood , or studying towards.
• Experience in a teachers position, preferably in an early childhood setting
• A strong understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework NQF.
• A working knowledge of developmental programming, planning and observations
• Experience with Storypark or similar online tool would be looked upon favorably.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedication to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for children.
• Valid Working with children check.
