Are you driven by a deep love for early learning and a belief in the power of quality education to transform lives? We're looking for a passionate and visionary Manager – Quality and Pedagogy to lead practice excellence across our national network of early childhood services.
Make a Meaningful ImpactIn this pivotal role, you'll champion high-quality pedagogy, nurture professional growth, and help shape the future of early education. You'll work alongside Centre Directors, Educational Leaders, and Area Directors to elevate practice, strengthen compliance, and embed our new evidence-based Bee Curious curriculum.

What You'll DoCoach and mentor Educational Leaders to deepen curriculum and practice.
Support services to exceed the National Quality Standard (NQS) through tailored improvement planning.
Lead quality audits and guide services through assessment and rating.
Drive initiatives in school readiness, inclusion, child safety, and sector reforms.
Embed and evolve our Bee Curious curriculum across services.
Partner with leaders to build capability in instructional leadership.
Promote reflective practice and innovation that responds to children, families, and communities.
Collaborate with People & Culture to design and deliver engaging professional learning.
What You'll BringA Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
Proven experience in educational leadership, pedagogy, or quality assurance.
Deep understanding of the NQF, Approved Learning Frameworks, and compliance.
A collaborative, strengths-based leadership style.
A passion for building capability and leading meaningful change.
