This position will provide the Training and Assessing requirements to our site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitation of High Risk Operations Training and AssessingDelivery of Fortescue specific Training and Assessments including Verification of Competency AssessmentsMaintain accurate and compliant training records, including digital training matrices for personnel, to ensure needs are metAbility to demonstrate initiative and work without supervisionWell organised and excellent time management skills with strong attention to detailsHands on approach to teamwork, positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essentialQualifications And ExperienceCurrent Certificate IV Workplace Training and AssessmentWorkSafe Assessor AccreditationProven experience and specialist skills in the specific high-risk work areas being taughtSound knowledge and understanding of Mining practices and technical systems with the ability to train content in a professional mannerLicensed to train and deliverDogging (DG) HRWLForklift (LF) HRWLCrane (CN / CV) HRWLElevated Work Platform (EWP) HRWLWorking at Heights (NUOC)Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing (NUOC)Intermediate/Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suiteSAP / LMS experience highly regardedAbout UsBe part of something big.
