**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive** is looking for a highly motivated **Stock Controller / Inventory Clerk **with exceptional organisational skills to work at **Porsche Centre Perth** and **Bentley Perth**.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will form part of the administration team and will be responsible for all areas of the dealership administration activities such as vehicle inventory management and basic accounting.

**This includes**:

- Vehicle Licensing (training provided)
- Deal Processing (via online automation)
- Dept of Transport compliance
- Compiling Deal Packs and Compliance Checking
- Raising EFT Payments
- Stocking of vehicles into inventory
- Daily Banking & EFTPOS reconciliations
- Interacting with the Management team
- Assisting Accountant & Financial Controller with administration tasks

**About you**:
You will ideally possess:

- Previous Dealership experience preferred
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Pentana/ERA software would be advantageous
- Accurate data entry, good computer skills
- Intermediate excel knowledge
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to learn basic accounting
- Transition from existing dealership specific role Receptionist, Admin Clerk, Licensing Clerk or Stock Controller
