**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This multi-disciplinary, small design studio currently participates in a variety of High-end Multi-residential and Commercial projects (Sydney 2000). They are a well established, expanding studio known for their collective and collaborative work. They offer support to get registered and career progression opportunities.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

You will be exposed to all stages of the architectural process, from concept to delivery, of the above-mentioned projects. Working with a highly motivated, supportive, and collaborative team is extremely rewarding and beneficial for someone developing their leadership skills. Liaise with clients and consultants, and potentially manage your own team.

**DUTIES.**
- Liaise directly with clients to have a detailed brief of their requirements
- Produce high quality design and pre-construction documentation
- Coordinate with your team, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Proven high proficiency with Revit software
- Strong communication skills to coordinate clients and consultants
- A passion for design and a drive for excellence
- Experience with medium to large-scale projects
