**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who can bridge the gap between architectural drafting and hands-on making. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to design, documentation, and fabrication across all stages of residential and interior projects.

The role is ideal for someone with an architectural background who also has the capability and desire to work in a workshop or on-site environment, producing and integrating bespoke furniture and interior elements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed architectural documentation and drawings (DA/CC/IFC)
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and consultants to refine and implement designs
- Produce construction-level detailing with a focus on joinery and built-in elements
- Fabricate custom furniture and fixtures in-house or coordinate with trusted makers
- Interpret plans and workshop drawings for physical construction and installation
- Conduct site visits and liaise with site teams to ensure design fidelity is maintained
- Maintain a high level of precision in both digital documentation and physical output

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Qualification in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related design discipline
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g. ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in workshop production and furniture making
- Excellent understanding of detailing and materials, particularly timber
- Ability to work across conceptual, technical, and practical stages of a project
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- An eye for design, proportion, and construction efficiency

**Desirable**
- Experience with sustainable or natural building materials
- Familiarity with Passive House principles
- Hands-on site experience or installation background
