Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in creating innovative and sustainable residential landscapes. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in shaping the future of residential projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients to determine project scope, style, and dimensions
  • Providing comprehensive and creative design solutions
  • Creating detailed project documentation, including initial sketches, scale drawings, and structural plans
  • Collaborating with registered architects, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility

You will need to possess:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Benefits

Work Arrangements

We are looking for someone who can work 8 hour shifts, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements. A valid work authorization for Australia is preferred, but we will consider applicants from other countries. The role is based in person, with occasional travel to construction sites required.
