Black Rubber Ingleburn is looking to increase their existing tyre team by opening up the role to individuals looking to learn a new skill or get their foot in the tyre and wheel industry. We are looking for people with a desire to learn, focus on safety and physically fit. No experience is required as on the job training will be provided.

Black Rubber is a leading tyre supply and service organisation focused on the provision of efficient & safe tyre management services specifically for the transport, industrial, mining & resource industries as well as catering for the passenger car market.

We are a member of the National Tyre & Wheel Group (NTAW), Australasia's largest tyre, wheel, and accessory wholesaler.

**Roles/responsibilities**
- Tyre handling, inspections & repairs.
- Using semi-automated production equipment & hand tools.
- Recording & communicating tyre data.
- Following quality, safety & operational procedures.
- Operation of one of the manufacturing stations:Inspection Station

Buffing Station
Skiving Station
Tread Building Station
Enveloping Station
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

**Skills & Experience**
- Good communication skills.
- Regular, reliable transport to and from work.
- A strong focus on safety & following procedures.
