**Cooltech Industries** is an Australian owned company located in Ingleburn. With over 25 years of experience and knowledge specialising in the manufacture of custom air diffusion products.

We are looking for 2 casual factory hands to join our growing team.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
The position is factory based and involves physical and hands on work. You must be able to work as part of a team and being able to follow instructions is critical. You need to have a desire to learn and adapt to new situations.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Operate various machines and presses
- Cutting, drilling, building and fitting of aluminium
- Using various power tools
- Repetitive movements and manual handling of aluminium
- Factory cleanliness and general tasks

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

- Aluminium TIG welding is an advantage but not essential
- Assembly experience is an advantage but not essential
- Current forklift license is well regarded but not essential
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment
- A genuine interest in production and a strong safety focus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good organisational and team work skills
- Highly motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- An eye for quality and detail
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
