Our values are teamwork, customer focus, innovation and commitment to safety.About The OpportunityWe are looking for enthusiastic and fun-loving individuals who share a commitment and passion for sport and leisure to join our Key Venues team as casual Program Host.Program Hosts are required at Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope and Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton to deliver exceptional children\'s programming.
Expressions of Interest are being sought for enthusiastic individuals to apply to join the team at the venue of your choice.Position PurposeProgram Hosts are responsible for delivering activities, programs, parties and competitions in a safe and enjoyable manner to attract the maximum participation level.

Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent CPR CertificateCurrent First AidExcellent customer serviceExcellent oral communicationCurrent Working with Children CheckDesirableWater Safety Awareness Module e.g. Perform Basic Water Rescues (PBWR) or equivalent (wet side only)Current class C driver\'s licenceKnowledge of applicable legislation/regulationsAbility to work within a team environmentAvailability to work flexible working hoursRemuneration And BenefitsThe salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council's Enterprise Agreement.Entry level for this role starts at $29.7584 per hour plus 25% casual loadingPenalty rates apply for weekend shiftsTrainee rates apply for applicants under 19 years of ageCasual working hoursEmployee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 12% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.This position has been identified as child-related work, in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Regulation 2013.
