W Sydney, is now casting for Beverage and Food Hosts to provide high quality customer service while creating unique and vibrant experiences for our guests in our BTWN venue.

We are looking for charismatic extraordinaire with a magnetic personality that draws people into the world of luxury.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

The core responsibilities include:

• Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us Greeting guests as they enter and adding them on a waiting list as necessary
• Welcome guests warmly and personally
• Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the seating plan
• Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with beverage and food service
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering queries
• A good understanding of the menus and offerings
• Helping other positions in the restaurant as needed
• Providing great customer service
