At Hyre we've partnered with a well-regarded IT managed service provider delivering key services into banking and public sector clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with an organisation dedicated to training, upskilling and certifying their staff, as well as giving them a clear defined career progression within the organisation.

**The role will involve**:

- Providing 1st and and limited second level IT support and assistance to their regulated clients
- Liaise with clients and other areas on technical support issues, problem resolution and assistance, through to resolution
- Contribute to problem rectification and fault reporting including logging, escalation and coordination with team members and other IT support areas in ServiceNow
- Install and configuration software and hardware.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating processes and procedures.
- Previous Service Desk/IT Support experience
- You have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service and technical support
- Knowledge and understanding of:

- Active Directory
- Citrix
- Exchange,
- Windows O/S
- Microsoft Office suite and O365 troubleshooting.
- MS Azure
- PowerShell

**Desirable**:

- ITIL certification
- Federal government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)

This role will be working with federal government end-clients and requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and eligible for a federal government security clearance.
