Laundy Hotels are looking for a talented Assistant Venue Manager to join the team at the Albion Park Hotel.

Albion Park Hotel or Park Pub as it is more commonly known by the locals, boasts two bar areas, an awesome TAB facility and 2 spacious beer gardens. The Park Pub is for everyone both young and the young at heart.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the General Manager, as an Assistant Venue Manager at the Albion Park Hotel you will:

- **Elevate the Experience** - Manage the venue's appearance and atmosphere, ensuring every event is exceptional.
- **Lead with Impact** - Oversee shift operations, from set-up to close down, and cultivate a culture of excellence in customer service.
- **Drive Excellence** - Collaborate with the venue leadership team to implement venue policies, prepare shift reports and ensure security and WHS compliance.
- **Staff Development** - Develop staff skills in product knowledge, service, team culture, and guest relations.
