This role would ideally suit an experienced Parts Interpreter or Service Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role will assist in providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the Parts Department.
- Maintaining positive customer & employee relations throughout the dealership
- Maintaining effective budget control
- Operating the department at optimum capacity
- Complying with OHS policies & procedures
- Mercedes Benz experience (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service attributes
- Lead by example of outstanding work ethic
- Be someone that people look to for leadership & direction
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
