Our Consumer Legal team seeks a lawyer with experience in financial services law, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Corporations Act.
As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice across insurance products, distribution, and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
Admission as a Solicitor or Barrister in any Australian Court and a current Practising Certificate
5+ years post-admission experience in financial services law, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Corporations Act
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate legal complexity into actionable advice
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to simplify complex legal issues and drive strategic outcomes that protect and advance our interests.
