**About Collar Group & Our culture.**
Collar Group has been established in the Australian market for nearly two years, in that time we have grown two 6 + offices and have over 70 + consultants nationally.

We have exclusive contracts in facilities management, hospitality, mining, construction, civil infrastructure, healthcare, and engineering, across, both permanent and contract assignments.

We are looking for strong talent to run 360 or 180 desks.

With a strong management team, we offer warm desks, genuine career growth, and management opportunities.

You will be working alongside a director and senior consultants in a fun and friendly environment.

**Due to growth, we are seeking experienced consultants to manage the below portfolios.**
- Construction - White collar perm
- Civil - white collar perm
- Engineering - Perm - Warm Desk
- Manufacturing - technical engineering perm
- Engineering Consultancy - White collar permanent

**Day-to-day duties but not limited to.**
- Database management
- Reverse marketing
- Sales and marketing
- Business development
- Client visits

**Selection Criteria.**
- Two years of recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of white-collar and permanent recruitment
- Two recent references
- Strong time management
