**The Enterprise Testing Manager** will play a critical leadership role in establishing and managing robust testing best practices and standards across the enterprise. You will ensure that the IT function develops test strategies and plans aligned with overarching enterprise test strategies, principles and best practices. You will lead teams of program-specific test managers, and collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive testing initiatives forward and ensure the quality and reliability of our organisation's software programs.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

- Lead the development and implementation of robust enterprise-wide best practices and standards for testing.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders from different business functions to develop and refine the testing strategy for delivery pillars and functions.
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level test plans and schedules for multiple projects ensuring alignment with strategic test strategy and business goals.
- Oversee testing activities across various delivery teams and programs, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Act as the senior primary point of contact for testing activities at an enterprise level, demonstrating gravitas with business leaders, vendors, and partners.
- Lead the enterprise-wide communication of test plans, schedules, and post-test reports to business stakeholders across all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Establish, manage and lead offshore testing teams (as required), ensuring effective collaboration and quality control between onshore and offshore resources.
- Lead and mentor teams of test managers and engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of program testing activities.
- Lead the enterprise-wide development of technical testing capabilities.
- Manage the enterprise-wide end-to-end testing process including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify, document, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks associated with testing, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Proactively manage and resolve test-related issues minimising impact on the production environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in program testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our testing practices and capabilities.
- Implement and optimise automation tools to streamline testing activities and enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Now let's talk about you:

- 15-20 years experience in software testing, with a focus on enterprise-level testing and 5-10+ years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Deep understanding of program testing methodologies, including integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end testing across multiple software projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex program testing projects, delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong Influencing skills

- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
