Enterprise Test Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Data Management Specialist to lead our test strategies and plans based on project requirements.
This involves developing and executing robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs, coordinating test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications, and gathering testing and data masking compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives.
- Develop and execute test data strategies and solutions.
- Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities.
- Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field required.
- At least 10-15 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- Prior experience with Test Data Management tools.
- Opportunity to work with a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
- Chance to contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings to drive technical discussions.
