- Manage migrations, periodic upgrades, patches, fixes, and continuous improvement/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for Jira & Confluence.
- Managing the implementation and ongoing development of the Jira, Confluence platforms;
- Experience with configuring and administering Jira, Confluence
- Technical development of Atlassian Toolkit, specifically JIRA/Confluence including the collection and documentation of practice/service requirements.
- Implement and provide leadership assistance for change activities specific to JIRA/Confluence including preparation of how to use documentation, drive utilization and adoption and provide coaching and knowledge support.
- Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests
- Documenting systems, processes and decisions within the Jira & Confluence environments;
- Maintaining and managing projects, boards, workflows, tasks/issues, permissions and users including setting permissions and maintaining security for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces;
- Running daily/weekly/monthly scrum meetings
